We are assessing the appetite for lunches at our Haus. That's Black Pepper Chicken Rice by the way, which of course would be gone by the time you get to see this post! Do you think it's a good idea to have these take-away lunches of the day say between 12pm - 1.30pm each day? What they are would be the trivia! Limited numbers, first in-first served! Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
