Rubbish collection is Mondays in C.Park; my bin and a neighbours is still awaiting emptying. I have spent over 2 hours on phone listening to their repetitive messages but no one answers, I sent an email and received an automated reply saying if I wanted to discuss something to phone them. Are they serious!! Has to be the worst company we deal with but we paid in advance for a service which we are not getting! WE JUST WANT OUR BIN EMPTIED AS PER OUR CONTRACT 🤬
