Hi All, I met an interesting woman in a swimming pool yesterday and thought I'd post the event to see if she appears i.e. so that I can possibly catch up with her. Only have a physical description and time and location of event, no name at all. She waved as she left to get changed and we had several short discussions in the pool. Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
