Amigos Talk: Wellington City Mission on their Food Bank
Olivia Lange will be talking about how they run the Food Bank, and if you need their services, how you can access it. These talks will be held each Friday this year on topics relating to health and wellbeing, and are for Tangata Whai Ora and everyone else - the talks are free as is the afternoon tea afterwards

I have around twenty, empty 10-liter distilled water bottles to serve as emergency water storage. I saved them for my friends, but they already have their own water supplies. Take as many as you like. Please respond to this notice if you are interested.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
