Let’s Get Wellington Moving is looking for your feedback on four transport options that will change how Wellingtonians get around and ensure we’re ready for the future.
We’ll be popping up between 12pm and 3pm at The Basin Norwood Room on Saturday 6 November to share our ideas, and hear what you have to say – take a look at the options here.
KENT TERRACE, WELLINGTON CENTRAL - BURST PIPE AFFECTING TRAFFIC
Kia ora Wellington,
A burst pipe has caused flooding on Kent Terrace, between Vivian Street and Buckle St (approximately).
Crews are onsite, and we're awaiting urgent traffic management so we can undertake the repair.
While we wait for traffic management, we're asking people to avoid the area if possible, and if not please expect delays. We appreciate that this is a main route, so are doing all we can to minimise impact on commuters.
At this stage, we don't expect a shutdown to affect any properties but will provide more information as the repair progresses.
It's a major repair and we expect it to take between 8 -10 hours.
