Wellington's Golden Mile... Lower Tory St.?
Would windy lower Tory St really be a desirable street to be in as a 'no car zone' as proposed? I suggest keeping this access street open for cars as it is one of the only a few routes from this area of the city to the southern suburbs....

I have around twenty, empty 10-liter distilled water bottles to serve as emergency water storage. I saved them for my friends, but they already have their own water supplies. Take as many as you like. Please respond to this notice if you are interested.
