Position Vacancy
Part Time Administration/Finance Coordinator – PlaceMakers Evans Bay
• Are you looking for a role you can make your own?
• Looking for an opportunity that works around school drop off and pick up?
• Comfortable working as part of a team and helping to get the job done?
PlaceMakers Evans Bay has an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their successful, high performing team in their Wellington location in a part time capacity.
The branch boasts a loyal customer base of both large commercial and residential businesses, as well as servicing smaller businesses and sole traders. The business places an extremely high value on looking after both its customer base and wider team.
Reporting directly to and working closely with the Branch Operator, you will be required to support and liaise with the National Office creditors and debtors teams to ensure our accounts functions run smoothly. In the branch you will manage a range of everyday administration tasks and functions and assist with HR, H&S and other areas that may arise.
The ideal candidate would be well organised and detail orientated but the most important attribute is a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make the role their own and contribute to a high performance team.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
