Remember, keeping your rental property dry, warm and liveable, is a team effort. As a landlord, you need to ensure you are meeting standards to provide a liveable healthy warm home, and as tenants, you need to do some day-to-day activities to prevent dampness and the build-up of mould.

Shocking anti-Māori propaganda posted in mailboxes
I am a Māori and today I found some shocking anti-Māori propaganda which had been obviously hand delivered into my mailbox. It was a call to action and as the neice of the late Moana Jackson and Syd Jackson, two intelligent and educated Māori leaders I am appalled to think that someone in my Island Bay neighbourhood is helping to spread these hateful messages.
