- Don’t turn your back to the waves.
- Always take your lifejacket.
- Tell someone when you’ll be back.
- Don’t drive when you are tired.
And remember if you stray too far, the Choppers can help. In the last 12 months, Wellington’s Westpac Rescue Helicopter flew 415 missions keeping Kiwis safe.

Parking available in the community center car park.
(Just a gentle note, I will be teaching a class at Aro Valley Community Center on Saturday 26 January at 9 am).

All levels welcome, $5 drop in. Please bring your mat!
