Hi Neighbours, Have you thought about volunteering in 2019 and make a difference for Kiwi families? We would love to have you join our team of amazing volunteers supporting parents on our free parenting helpline.

This is an opportunity for personal development and growth. We provide training, ongoing supervision and support. You can work from home at times that suit you – all you need is a few hours a fortnight. Read more on our website

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
