Unsecured recycling bins AGAIN
When are people going to start using common sense and secure the lids of their recycling bins in these horrendously windy conditions that Wellington is known for. One of the repeat offenders has just scattered their recycling through everyone's front yard and garden in Maraval Crescent and Guadeloupe Crescent, Grenada Village. The worst thing is they never come and retrieve their garbage or clear the street or gutters. . I'm seriously thinking of retrieving what is in my garden and depositing it over their front fence. It does, after all, belong to them and should take pride of place on their property - not mine.
