Mental Health Awareness Week 8-14 Oct - here's how you can help :)

I have signed up with the Mental Health Foundation NZ to raise awareness and a Minimum of $4000 for their important work. I am doing the Inca Trail Challenge 2019 to push my own boundaries and to bring the Mental Health discussion into our communities. I personally feel passionate about support services for our beautiful young people.
