Stroke information stall, 1st November, Karori Mall.
Western Suburbs Stroke Survivors are running a Stroke Information stall in Karori Mall on Saturday 1st November, 10am - 2.30pm.
This is information on how to avoid strokes. It is estimated some 75% of strokes can be avoided.
Remember strokes are the second biggest killer of New Zealanders each year.
Come by and pick up some information.

I have around twenty, empty 10-liter distilled water bottles to serve as emergency water storage. I saved them for my friends, but they already have their own water supplies. Take as many as you like. Please respond to this notice if you are interested.
