11) If required, will you go to court for me and what is your success rate?
PPM answer: We will go to court for you for free but this very rarely happens as we are very picky when choosing the right tenants for the property and normally have a good relationship with each tenancy.
12) Are you happy with your property manager?
PPM answer: If you already have a property manager and are not sure if they are doing the best for you or your property then I would be happy to sit down and walk you through how we are different from other companies. How much does it cost to join AEA?
There are no dues or fees for joining AEA or attending AEA meetings. We are self-supporting through our own voluntary contributions. At some point during each meeting we pass the basket to help cover expenses, such as the cost of rent and literature. Members are not obliged to contribute, but we usually do so to the extent we are able.
