🍓🌿 Rescued Rhubarb Meets Elderflower – A Perfect Pairing! 🌿🍓
I love experimenting with flavors, especially when it comes to repurposing rescued rhubarb! One of my favorite discoveries (though I probably can’t take credit for it) is how beautifully rhubarb and elderflower cordial come together in preserves.
It’s so simple — just adjust the ratios of rhubarb, elderflower cordial, and sugar to your taste. Cook it down, testing as you go. You’ll know it’s ready when you run your finger along the back of cooking spoon and the mixture stays separated on both sides.
Give it a try and let me know what you think! 🌱✨
