Donna is a qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, PSYCH-K® facilitator and Registered Nurse. Her philosophy is to ‘look at the big picture’. She offers holistic healthcare, healing from the inside out, integrating natural medicine and mind-body medicine in a down-to-earth empathetic approach. Donna is passionate about herbal medicine and the energetic healing power of plants, which are a core component of her clinical practice.

Come along for an interesting and interactive evening where Donna will surprise you with some natural medicine gems, share her love of plant medicine, and introduce you to ways you can utilise the healing resources right on your doorstep!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
