We'll cover the 3 simple rules that your brain always follows. Plus, how to get your thoughts working for you, so you can live your life on purpose, taking control rather than constantly reacting to circumstances and drowning in overwhelm. Vicky will be on hand to explain how hypnotherapy works and answer any questions. She will also do a live demo on a volunteer from the audience!
Vicky Santiago is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, based in Warkworth. She specialises in weight loss and the Virtual Gastric Band, over drinking, and business success mindset.
