Within the community are 3 different types of homes catering to investors, families and young professionals. Each terraced home comes with a private back yard and each home comes with car parking and a private outdoor, green space, which flows out from the living room.
The forms and materials used to create The Groves hark back to the original West Auckland horticultural land uses. Inspired by glasshouses and simple farm buildings, you can see this reflected in the roof forms and materials used.
Matvin has a long history of building commercial developments, which has allowed us to use more robust and permanent materials in each home.

Advertised everywhere but no sightings or noticed by anyone. She is called Trouble completely deaf with two different colored eyes. She would have never left me followed me everywhere, slept in my arms at night, and i did sign language with her. Her behavior was more like a dog she was timid and afraid of people being a rescue cat. She was attacked healing inside one month and my other rescue cat when i moved to the area in October and both cats had not left the property as they were terrified. Our first summers day she was on my front door and vanished. Maybe someone is feeding her if she got chased off would have been disorientated. Maybe shes in your shed, barn or garage. If you have found her and want to keep her she is 12 years old and needs suntan lotion on her nose and ears everyday in summer so not to get cancer. If you do find her there is a reward of $100 and another person offered another $100. Thank you - please contact 021356626.

That’s what the Graeme Dingle Foundation does. Our programmes help young people thrive, develop confidence in who they are to make the most of their precious lives and become positive contributors to our communities.
We are proud to be the official charity of New Zealand Rugby.
Together we’re showing Kiwi Kids that what they have inside is greater than any obstacle.

What do you think, is this fair? Will you still use Uber Eats when the surcharge applies?
