Spiritual Meetings
We meet every Sunday at the Quaker Meeting Rooms, 256 Wicksteed Street at 7pm. This Sunday the 19th December is our final meeting for the year, and for our Christmas celebration we will have a panel of mediums on platform giving a demonstration of clairvoyance.
Come along for a wonderful evening of inspiration and upliftment. All welcome. You are invited to a special Christmas supper provided by the Committee as well as time for a chat. You might like to contribute to supper as well, always most appreciated.
We will be selling $2 tickets for our Xmas raffle which will be drawn following the meeting. Koha jar for your donations.
See you on Sunday.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
