Should high schools be ditching NCEA level 1?
Hi Manawatū,
In Palmerston North Boys' High School's recent newsletter, rector David Bovey said level 1 had "questionable" value. The school proposed not offering enough credits for students to get NCEA level 1 from 2019. What are your thoughts? Is level 1 pointless or valuable?
