This is an american shower nozzle that will fit your existing nozzle outlet. Has a full size rain outlet plus a 7 position (strength) massage nozzel. You can use either or both at same time. Massage function goes from delicate pressure to full strength pressure in 6 degrees plus off. Is only 2 yrs old and had limited use so is in pretty much out of the box condition.
