The Gambling Commission has received applications from SKYCITY Casino Management Limited (“SCML”) and Otago Casinos Limited (“OCL”) (together referred to as “SKYCITY”) in relation to the Wharf Casino, Queenstown.
SKYCITY has filed the applications in anticipation of having to close the Wharf casino indefinitely from September 2021.
The Commission invites written submissions on SKYCITY’s applications. Written submissions may be made by anybody who wishes to do so. Written submissions are to be lodged with the Commission by 31 January 2020 either by email: info@gamblingcom.govt.nz, or by mail: PO Box 137295, Parnell, Auckland 1052.
