Slovenia Phone Scam.
Yesterday I had a missed call , I never carry my phone , which surprised me by coming from Slovenia.
I assumed it must be a scam of some sort as I haven't been too any of the old Yugoslavia nor know anyone there. Upon internet checking it was most likely a scam that works this way. A call comes from Slovenia or Serbia or Armenia or others and they let the phone ring twice and hang up. The objective is to get YOU to phone back and see who is calling. If you do you are charged excessive connection and other fees which they pocket and you lose. Moral of the story is if you get a strange call from some country that you have no connection too and they hang up before you can answer DO NOT CALL BACK. If it is important or real the caller will try again until you answer. I assume they would be block calling , ie calling numbers in numerical order.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
