He says people should be able to make their own holiday arrangements, rather than the Government telling us when to take the day off.

1400 dogs from more than 120 breeds are are expected to roll into Blenheim for the Black Hawk Dog Show in Spring 2019.
This is the first time the show has been held outside one of the main centres.
