Rae from

Good Morning Neighbours,

My name is Rae and I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner offering Reiki Energy Healing to those in need of my help. Being able to let go of and heal physical symptoms, old fears, limiting beliefs, people and situations in your lives that no longer serve you is truly the start of your healing journey.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is a system of natural healing whereby I position my hands just above or lightly on your fully clothed body while lying on a massage bed.

Benefits of Reiki Healing

Treats depression, enhances quality of life, boost mood, relieves pain, anxiety & fatigue. You don’t have to be spiritual to benefit from energy healing. Its recommended to go in with an open mind for maximum benefits If you are anxious, stressed or physically drained, an energy healing session can help you relax and feel more balanced.

In the meantime pop to my website for a super cool shopping experience browsing my products and more information on Reiki.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
