Heya UH neighbours - we're kicking off our first, dedicated Women's Self-Defence primer....a 3 week course on Saturday mornings through October.

And feel free to share with those in your lives who might benefit.
The training will be simple, effective and in a supportive and empowering atmoshpere where you're encouraged to extend your comfort zones.
Depending on numbers we may do a bonus class on Sat 22 Oct if people are keen and around too.
