Are noisy hoons causing problems in Upper Hutt?

Racers have been using the roads in the unbuilt areas of the 62-hectare, 700-section development in Upper Hutt’s Wallaceville Estate for their noisy, high-speed activities.
A police spokeswoman advised where it was not possible for officers to attend a notification, providing details such as registrations and descriptions was helpful. People should only attempt to gather information if safe to do so.
What has been your experience with boy racers?
