We know our online comments are not read, considered, or taken into account.
I would be prepared to set up a survey (as I did for the Recycling issue) to present to appropriate personnel so we can at least say we tried.
Any thoughts or support for this idea? Someone else may wish to take on the challenge. I just don't think we should sit back and be walked all over.
