Are you ready for the clocks to spring into Spring this weekend?

If your spring cleaning plan only includes the house, the garage and that embarrassing mess inside your car, then you're missing one vital space...

The space between the ears is where old, unwanted habits lurk, silently hiding in the dust of your mind. They're waiting for a chance to make you eat too much, drink too much, smoke or vape too much, feel pain, or fear, or anger, or all of the above!

Time for a Spring clean of the mind, with hypnosis.

The sooner you start, the clearer will be your path to a great Summer !

Chi-Coffy Testimonial

Kavitha from Elderslea

I am 79 years old,I do not take any drugs and play golf three times and a week. Before I started drinking Chi Coffy I tested with a vitamin B blood deficiency. Now after drinking One cup a day my B deficiency has improved and I don't have the dizzy spells. Better than taking vitamin pills.

Aotearoa New Zealand is aiming to be predator-free in 2050 to ensure our islands' unique species of birds, frogs, lizards and plants can thrive.

New Zealand has among the highest proportions of threatened or at-risk species in the world, and around 25 million native birds are killed by introduced predators every year. But it's not all bad news - when predators are removed or controlled, nature bounces back fast. We’ve already seen it happening in many parts of the country!

People all over Aotearoa are doing their bit - setting traps in their backyards, planting natives, volunteering, or donating. You can too! Backyard trapping is one example of effective individual action.

What do you think? Can we reach our Predator Free target in 2050?
