Long Term Plan 2021-2031

Angela from Te Marua

I was disappointed with some of the decisions taken by the council in relation to the Long Term Plan.
So decided to read the minutes of the meeting, in order to educate myself on:
1. Why the decision was made
2. Who voted for and who voted against.
Another disappointment: no accountability at all, and we voters, are left blind on who is doing what.
The minutes only record the number of "elected members" who voted for and against.
Really????? Where is the transparency?
