$4?? This has to be the cheapest cuppa in Upper Hutt - either percolated coffee or a pot of tea for ONLY $4!! PLUS you can have a slice of home baking or toasted cheese and relish sandwich with your cuppa (still for only $4). AND there'll be live music to enjoy while you're sipping on your cuppa. Our MONTHLY FUNDRAISER CAFE raises money for Circuit International's work in Myanmar helping the poor and disadvantaged. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
