Jon Roberts was area manager at the time when emails were exchanged with Police report issues I was having with another HNZC tenant. Stephen Wilson took over from Jon and when I received my files all the Police complaints were missing. I went through the privacy commission and a few more files turned up. Stephen Blamed Jon Roberts for deleting them. HNZC go out of their way to ignore you, don't listen and never get back to you. Another good friend in Petone is having the same issues. I believe their are many many more tenants getting a raw deal. I urge to email the Hutt News with your story of news with your story as this problem is wide spread. (Christchurch HNZC office just in the news) I would like to organize and mass protest meeting in Margaret Street to demand a much better service. A better attitude and a call for more honestly from HNZC staff as it's part of our tenancy agreement with them and it's their job is to look out for those whoes who are suffering at the hands of bloody horrible neighbors.
I am contacting the Hutt News and hopefully if therequired is enough of us willing to meet in Margaret Street we can get Phil Twyford back here after all he promised great at all the housing meetings he held pretty election. From experience Chris Bishop was useless and did more damage than good in my case. If we combine our frustration we can affect change and hopefully see of the dishonest staff moved on. Contact me if you need to and I will be happy to arrange a protest gathering. Cheers. STEVE. Just because we are fortunate to have a HNZC house dose not mean we have to put up with the crap that this office dishes up.

There's still a lot of summer left to enjoy, so head outdoors with the family and search high and low, as they are scattered around.
