Dance Fitness exercise
Come & join other women on a Tuesday morning at 10am-11am at the King Lion Hall in King Street Upper Hutt for a dance aerobic style fitness to keep your body moving & exercising to prevent weight gain & not being able to move properly. Even if you have some orthopaedic issues you can do this gently to keep moving. its $7 wear comfortable clothing & sneakers & bring a water bottle & hand towel. We would love to see you next Tuesday morning & every Tuesday after that at 10am.
