With a growing population and more people working from home, UH's CBD is increasing in people traffic, importance, occupation and potency.
All it needs right now from the UHCC is to promote some conversion of apartmental accommodation to a crop of tired old buildings within the CBD with the council chiming in with free services such as advocacy and advise, a rates holiday and painting and decoration deal with Resenes for owners and blow me down, we have a more vibrant, useful and busy CBD along with some housing/accommodation options not currently available in UH.
