Pinehaven Hall desperately needs attention
The PPA is calling out to the community for help with critical work required on our treasured Hall. Rotten window frames and weatherboards destroyed by borer urgently need replacing but it’s costly.
Residents are asked to please consider contributing to the cause by donating to 03-0774-0857067-00 reference SAVE OUR HALL, or even better if you’re a local tradie keen to help we’d love to hear from you.
Just email hello@ppa.org.nz. Every little bit helps.

Poll: Have you ever been bullied?
People associate bullying with children in schools, but it can actually stretch beyond childhood to workplaces or neighbourhoods.
This Friday is Pink Shirt Day, which began in Canada in 2007 when two students took a stand against homophobic bullying after a new student was harassed for wearing pink. People across the globe are now encouraged to wear pink on this day to take a stand against bullying and promote inclusivity.
Have you or your whānau ever experienced bullying? Share your thoughts on Pink Shirt Day below.
