Anyone who has ever ridden a mountain bike knows about the Bluebridge Karapoti Classic. Established in 1986, Karapoti is New Zealand’s longest running mountain bike event and a must-do for every mountain biker.
Based in Wellington's spectacular Akatarawa Ranges, 10k north of Upper Hutt, this old-school adventure ride has an achievable challenge for all ages and abilities.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
