Wellington woman coaching Liverpool
Former Wellington woman and Football Fern Emma Humphries is making her mark at Liverpool. She is into her third season with Liverpool after making the move to England with her partner Bev Preistmen, the assistant coach of England’s national women's team.
Humphries, 34, represented the Football Ferns at the 2007 Women’s World Cup but retired early to move into coaching after tearing an anterior cruciate ligament in a knee. One of the highlights of her time at Liverpool has been meeting and working with men's coach Jurgen Klopp.
Disney Magic Comes to Wellington
Starting February 20, Takina Wellington will host "Disney: The Magic of Animation."
This enchanting exhibition features over 600 pieces of artwork, spanning from the late 1920s to today. Highlights include original animation artwork from Disney's latest movie, "Moana 2" (2024).
Enjoy themed events and access to the new SuperFan ticket. The exhibition is open daily from 10am to 5pm, with the last entry at 4pm. Don't miss this magical journey through Disney's animated history!

HAPAI CLUB WATER LEAK
I pass the hapai club regularly & wonder when the water leak from the toby will be fixed. It has been leaking for at least two months. Hundreds of litres running across the side walk & down the drain.
