I have set up Dropboxes for Christmas cards in a number of Upper Hutt locations and would love for you and/or your kids to write some cards (the resthome folks loooove to get cards from children) and drop them into one of these locations which can be found at www.sendinglove.co.nz....

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
