Ladies - come and dance in the dark at Dance Party HQ. Bust out your own moves - anything goes. Every Wednesday at 6.45pm and now Thursdays 7.30pm. King Lion Hall, King St, Upper Hutt. $5. Falls Prevention Exercise
Upper Hutt Seniors, this is a new exercise class for you. Join Age Concern Wellington at the Maidstone Sports Hub, 11 Railway Avenue, Maidstone, at 11:00 a.m. on 19 November for a class designed for seniors to improve strength, help prevent falls, and make new friends. Bring a water bottle and flat, comfy shoes.
