New times for Dance Party HQ. Ladies we are now at 6.45pm on Wednesdays and 7.30pm Thursdays. Come along and freestyle dance in the dark. Bust out your favourite moves - no one is watching! Falls Prevention Exercise
Upper Hutt Seniors, this is a new exercise class for you. Join Age Concern Wellington at the Maidstone Sports Hub, 11 Railway Avenue, Maidstone, at 11:00 a.m. on 19 November for a class designed for seniors to improve strength, help prevent falls, and make new friends.
