Wing Chun classes start next week
Come and learn some of the techniques you've been watching in films like Ip Man. Fast, fluid, practical self-defence style. Our classes kick off next week - Wed (19 Jan) and Thurs (20 Jan), 7.30-8.30pm both nights. $15 per week or $60/month covers all classes. Our BJJ and Combat Fitness classes will kick off shortly too, but first come and get started with some foshan-style Wing Chun. All welcome - any questions, just drop me a line.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
