Shalomie told us that when she reached her goal weight she stopped having her Vita Diet shakes and within a week she started to feel sluggish, so decided she would have one shake in the mornings again and she said she instantly felt more energy, happier and healthier. Shalomie has a chocolate Vita Diet shake each morning now and calls it her "daily chocolate fix and energy boost" !
