Tai Chi classes have resumed

Te Kupenga o Rongomai - Maidstone Sports Hub
11 Station Road, Maidstone, Upper Hutt

When?
Wednesday 7pm - 8pm and/or
Thursday 10am - 11am
School term times only

Who for?
Beginners and experienced Tai Chi Practitioners of all ages are welcome, but children under 16 must be supervised at all times

What to wear?
Clothes suitable for gentle exercise, which will be done standing
Flat soled shoes are advisable

Cost?
$10 per person, per class - pay each time you attend
