The Petition Against the Massive Rates Increases is CLOSED
Officially 2225 signatures which equated to 85 pages submitted to the council, along with pages and pages of awesome comments.
Thanks to all those whao have signed, supported, commented and generally got the word out.
The official presentation to the council is on the 5th June 2024 at around 8:30am.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
