Two good news stories in Upper Hutt underlines the fledgling progressiveness of the city.
I had reported in two separate threads that popular Dough Bakery Cafe in Whirinaki shuts off its coffee services at 2.30pm and that the swish, up-market new cafe/bar at the Cossie Club was unable to open due to staff shortages.
Well, Dough Bakery now serves coffee til 3.30pm in joining all the other cafes who operate within the 3pm-4pm spectrum and the Cossie Club has snared new staff to enable its cafe to finally open its doors.
