Just a reminder, Citizens Advice Bureau Upper Hutt now open on Saturday mornings from 10-1230. A Justice of the Peace will be on site tomorrow. Immediately after this came on screen the headline: SINNER LEADS ITALY TO WIN IN DAVIS CUP.
