This extremely hot weather is becoming a little tedious. It's good for a well watered garden but personally the heat slows one down. But we can't blame the council for the heatwave, so we just have to put up with Mother Natures tantrums. When I was kid in Miramar it was a lot hotter than Birchville is today. Our surrounding Birchville hill swerve the wind in circles and provides a cooling effect that keeps things a warm version of moderation. So I shrug my shoulders and pray for a decent downpour.
