Water Meters
I notice the Lower Hutt City council is looking at installing water meters to charge for usage of water, I think this is a good move but not by a cash-stricken council struggling to keep it books in check.
Some people waste water needlessly and should be charged accordingly.
What do you think of water meters and would you support them being added to properties in Upper Hutt?
