The corner store/local dairy is a relic of a pre-supermarket past and a criminalised present.
I see two outcomes
Ban the selling of what most crims seem to want from these places - cigarettes - and review the situation after a year or simply shut down all operations of this kind right now and so let the supermarkets reign supreme.
