Pinehaven Stream Improvements

The Team from Wellington Water

From tomorrow, we will be doing site investigations to complete the design work for the proposed new culverts in Sunbrae Drive and in Pinehaven Road as part of our Pinehaven Stream Improvements project.

The investigation work will take about two weeks from 10 July to 24 July 2019 weather dependent. Hours of work will generally be:

• 7am – 6pm Monday to Saturday - Sunbrae Drive

• 7am - 6pm Monday to Saturday- Pinehaven Road

Work areas will be fenced off, and it is not expected that traffic flows or access to properties will be significantly disrupted. Bus stops on Sunbrae Drive and Pinehaven Road will need to be temporarily relocated. The bus stops on both sides of Sunbrae Drive will be moved up the road near to the intersection with Tapestry Grove. The bus stop on Pinehaven Road will be moved a few meters up the road.

On-street parking in the area alongside the worksite may be restricted, and we ask that you please do not park your vehicle within the coned areas. This will help us get our work done as quickly as possible.

Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
